By accessing or using ezwp.io ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Description of service
ezwp.io is an AI-powered platform that provides AI visibility scoring and a crew of AI agents for local service businesses, installed on the WordPress site you already have. Services include the free AI Visibility Auditor and tiered agent crews — Core (the required Front Office foundation), +Marketing, and Full Crew — billed monthly per business, plus custom agents on request.

Subscription and billing
- Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance.
- Any setup fee is charged once at the time of purchase.
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Upon cancellation, your service remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
- Upload malicious code or content.
- Misrepresent your identity or business information.

Intellectual property
- ezwp.io retains all rights to the platform, software, and technology.
- You retain ownership of your business data and content.
- AI-generated content created for your site is licensed exclusively to your business.
- Any custom agents built for you are owned by your business.

Data and privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you consent to the data practices described therein.

Google Cloud infrastructure
ezwp.io operates on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure. Your data is subject to Google Cloud's security and compliance standards in addition to ezwp.io's own policies.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ezwp.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the Service.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ezwp.io and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination
ezwp.io reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting help@ezwp.io.

Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
